Can I try ScormStack before subscribing?
Yes. Start a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Explore Pro features, including multilingual courses, Dynamic SCORM and learner tracking, with a trial allowance for AI usage. When the trial ends, choose a paid plan to continue creating and exporting. You are not automatically charged. Start your free trial
Should I choose Basic or Pro?
Basic suits small projects in one language, with up to 5 courses, 250 blocks and 5 SCORM exports per month. Choose Pro for AI creation, multilingual production, learner tracking and Dynamic SCORM. Pro also includes unlimited courses, blocks and SCORM exports, plus priority support. Compare all plan features
Are AI features included in Pro?
Yes. Pro includes 6,000 AI credits per month for features such as course generation, translation, image generation and captions. Consumption depends on the operation and the amount of content. You can purchase additional credit packs when needed. Unlimited courses and exports do not mean unlimited AI usage. Explore the AI features
Do I pay extra to create courses in multiple languages?
Pro lets you manage unlimited language versions within a single course. Translate content manually, use AI to accelerate translation or exchange XLIFF files with translators. AI translation uses your AI credit allowance. You can review and refine translations before publishing; Basic supports one language per course. Explore multilingual courses
How do monthly and annual subscriptions work?
Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans are paid upfront for a year at the displayed annual rate. Basic-to-Pro upgrades apply after payment, with the prorated adjustment shown before confirmation. Manage renewal and cancellation in your billing portal, where you can check the effective date. What happens to my courses if I cancel?
You keep ownership of your content. Download fully bundled SCORM or HTML packages while your plan is active; those files can continue to run in your LMS or on your own hosting. Editing and new exports require an active plan. Dynamic SCORM, public links, embeds and tracking depend on ScormStack-hosted services. Contact us before cancelling to confirm continuity for your published courses. Discuss your published courses
What options are available for teams and organizations?
Enterprise is available for teams of 5 or more authors, with invoice billing and dedicated support. Contact us to discuss author seats, procurement requirements or options for an educational institution. We will help you choose an arrangement that fits your team and course production needs.
